Plate Type Clarifiers (PTC) are an efficient and economical alternative to Clariflocculators. They have a very small footprint. These are preceded with Flash Mixer cum Flocculation Tank (FMFT) where coagulating and flocculating agents are used to form large flocs which are subsequently removed by PTC.
